Although most of our work is generated from repeat business, Positive Evolution can also assist you through the preconstruction process by exposing opportunities through (Concept & Design, town planning & development approval, building approval), and work with you and your budget to meet your requirements. The Positive Evolution team will provide you inspiration and understanding along with the skills to ensure the finished product will be outstanding.

Are we there yet

Like baking a cake there is a process to the construction. There are different stages which need to be complete in order (we can’t ice a cake before its baked – we can’t roof a house that isn’t built). There will be different specialist required to create the stylish outcome you desire. At times, it may seem as though your dream home is not progressing but rest assure there is always wheels turning.

The Mess

Yes, unfortunately there will be some mess. All aspects of construction come with some mess; whether its dust, off cuts, sometimes mud. When renovating and extending there is generally some sort of demolition that is required eg. Removing – walls, tiles, unwanted vanities, kitchen cabinets, this list goes on. This can be a very dust process but you can be assured we will never leave you home dirty. Our team of craftsman will always clean up after themselves.
